Manufacturing Process

Our wooden products are essentially formed ply products which is the lamination of thin wood veneers (all sourced locally from sustainable forests), formed in moulds under pressure and cured using various forms of heating.

The advantage of this process is that traditional joints are replaced by curves and bends of various radii which results in a significant strengthening of the final product.

A three way combination of glue, dowels or mortise and tenon and a machine screw and steel barrel nut, are used on all the important joints as to further enhance durability.

A wide selection of natural wood finishes are available as well as various stain-finished options.
